Our team
We are a team of national political and organizing consultants with years of experience advising senior officials at every level of government—from the White House to Congress to state legislatures.
We’ve led cross-agency strategies within the Executive Office of the President, supported the implementation of key management agendas, and provided guidance on both congressional and state-wide legislation. Our work often involves collaborating directly with governors and state leaders to advance critical policy priorities.
Our team has directed field operations, built statewide campaign infrastructures, and trained hundreds of organizers. We’ve led advocacy efforts across the country, contributing to presidential, Senate, congressional, and state-level campaigns. Our expertise spans voter engagement strategies, policy platform development, and strengthening ground game operations.
In parallel to institutional work, our team has led strategic organizing trainings, participated in protests, and worked alongside globally respected organizers in the pursuit of social change. We have also delivered talks at more than 60 institutions, including Yale, Google, and forums such as SXSW.
